Reports directly to Managing Director and will be responsible to oversee financial report preparation, control company's financial resources; conduct financial risk management; monitor company's financial performance; formulate funding strategy and debt capital raising; maintain bank and investor relation; direct human resources, general affairs, and legal activities.
Candidate must have minimum a bachelor degree (SI) in Accounting from reputable university with min, 3 years professional experience as Finance Director, or 5 years professional experience as GM Finance & Accounting, preferably in oil palm industry.

Major Responsibilities:

• Act as major social compliance resource to the liaison office management. Provide professional analysis and recommendations to drive sustainable and socially responsible practices throughout manufacturing processes.
• Consult, evaluate and remediate manufacturing sites for compliance with Standards of Manufacturing Practices (SMP), labor laws, health and safety regulations and other practices related to human rights.
• Advise vendors and suppliers on corrective action plans and review improvement programs. Manage and communicate progress with CR department and other business units.
• Work with members of CR department to administrate CR initiatives and projects, including capacity building workshop, awareness training and seminar for liaison office and suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Social or Environmental Responsibility position, preferably with international apparel/footwear brands, multinational vendors or compliance consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Indonesian.
• Based in Jakarta. Able to travel and work independently throughout Indonesia and South East Asia. Travel up to 50% of time.
