1. OPERATION DIRECTOR (ODK)
Reports directly to Managing Director and will be responsible to direct oil palm mill and oil palm plantation activities around 40.000 Ha; plan and control business group's budget; monitor business group's performance; direct logistic and public affairs activities.
Candidate must have minimum a bachelor degree (SI) in Agriculture from reputable university with min. 3 years professional experience as Operation Director in oil palm industry, or 5 years professional experience as GM Operation in oil palm mill & oil palm plantation around 30.000 Ha.

2. FINANCE DIRECTOR (FDK)
Reports directly to Managing Director and will be responsible to oversee financial report preparation, control company's financial resources; conduct financial risk management; monitor company's financial performance; formulate funding strategy and debt capital raising; maintain bank and investor relation; direct human resources, general affairs, and legal activities.
Candidate must have minimum a bachelor degree (SI) in Accounting from reputable university with min, 3 years professional experience as Finance Director, or 5 years professional experience as GM Finance & Accounting, preferably in oil palm industry.
